Who do you work with?
We’ve worked with physiotherapists, chiropractors, sport medicine physicians, exercise physiologists, kinesiologists, pilates instructors, psychotherapists and osteopaths, just to name a few.
One thing is for certain, they are amazing, highly-skilled and educated health professionals who are passionate about what they do and helping people.
While experienced in their field, our clients are often striking out on their own or working with a designer for the first time to revamp their original DIY brand or website.
How soon can we start?
We typically book projects 1-2 months in advance. We highly recommend getting the conversation started early to secure your project spot in our schedule.
How long do projects take?
Branding projects, by themselves, typically take 6-8 weeks to complete from first project meeting to final file delivery. Website projects range from 6-12 weeks depending on the size of the site and how quickly clients can collect the content for their site.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely we do. We love that clients are investing in their businesses and want to support that with a payment schedule. We typically break packages into 2-4 payments based on what works best for our clients.
I just need a logo. Can you help me with that?
Short answer is no. We offer branding services and a logo design is only a piece of that puzzle. If you are looking for a logo design and are not interested in building your brand, we won’t be the right fit. Our focus is on helping our clients communicate their value and values and we believe a logo design by itself won’t accomplish that.
What other costs come along with a website?
Websites are accompanied by several ongoing costs. If you are planning on having a custom website built, you should plan for the following:
- the cost of web hosting
- your domain/web address
- custom email addresses
- website upgrades or updates
- ongoing maintenance or updates (if you want additional tech support or don’t want to manage your website)
Will you write my website content for me?
No. We will provide you with guidance but you are responsible for providing all the written content for your website. We also know copywriters and will happily connect you if you’d like to hire someone specifically to write your content.
